Be gorgeous Using Kitchen Products by Huda Kattan

Be Gorgeous Using Kitchen ProductsIn case you dont know Huda Kattan is the mastermind and the founder of Huda Beauty which her beauty products sold out within minutes online.  Her background is rather interesting as she started off studying and working in Finance at where she claimed as The Wall Street of Dubai, far from the makeup industry.  Huda Kattan has shown a perfect example that it is never too late to chase your dream and do things that you are passionate about.  In her case its beauty and makeup.

Now we are on a mission to be gorgeous so lets head to the kitchen.

Be Goorgeous Using Kitchen Products
Items you need from the kitchen are :

  • Aspirin
  • Coconut Oil
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Potatoes
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Turmeric

Aspirin to treat acne
Aspirin comes in pills so you need to smash it until becomes powdery.  Add water and dab on the acne spots.  Leave it overnight.  Huda also suggested to use to the aspirin that contains vitamin C, however if you have the normal one that should be fine.  Add a few drops of lemon juice to the powder would do the trick.

Coconut Oil to add hydration to the hair
Over the years coconut oul has been known to have so many benefits to not only skin but hair.  To add hydration to the hair you need to take a tablespoon of the coconut oil,  if the one you bought is the solid form first you have to warm it under a medium heat until it becomes liquid.  Apply the coconut oil over your hair and leave it overnight.  Wash the coconut oil in the morning after you wakes up.

Lemon to exfoliate your skin
When life gives you lemon, make yourself a lemonade.  While thi saying is true to words , but to make you geourgeus.  Thats it.  Slice a lemon into half, top it with brown sugar and use it to exfoliate you skin focusing on dark areas such as the knees and elbows.  Apart from that, you could also use the lemon to exfoliate your face to minimize the pores.

Garlic to strengthen nails
Huda's approach in using garlic for beauty is rather interesting.  Often we read that garlic can help to reduce the appearance of pimples and zits but she uses chopped garlic to strengthen the nails.  She claims that garlic can make the nail to appear white, clear, and beautiful.  Put the chopped garlic into a bottle of clear nail polish and apply to the nails.

Potatoes to lighthen your skin appearances
Rub sliceds potatoes to the part of your body which you to lighten the skin appearance. For example knees, underams, elbows or even your under eyes by using thinner slice and rub lightly.

Apple Cider Vinegar for shiny hair
After shampoo and conditioner, rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar to get extra shine to your hair.  Apart from adding shine apple cider vinegar can also assist in getting rid of the residue from products on your hair.  For skin, mix equal parts of water and the vinegar.  Using a cotton pad rub onto the skin to maintain PH levels.

Honey for chapped Lips
The holy grail of super food.  Apply honey on the lips to treat chapped, dry or redness.  Honey helps to soothe and calm the skin.

Turmeric for anti - flammatary
Use turmeric as one of the facial mask ingredients.  Take a pinch of turmeric and mix it with coconut oil and honey.  Apply the mixture on the skin and leave it for a few minutes.  Rinse off the mask with warm water.
